Job summary

Countrywide is seeking a driven customer service specialist to join our Client Accounting team, supporting accounting functions within our estate agency network. You will be part of the Connells Group, the UK’s largest property services group, serving customers nationwide across more than 85 brands.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with people and ownership of customer queries.
• Good telephone manner with strong numeracy and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and understand relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries from the Countrywide Client Accounts team and drive to a positive resolution.
• Support customers in an efficient, engaging way via telephone and other channels.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute in team meetings and training to enhance knowledge and compliance.
