Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant on a fixed-term basis to February 2027. The role involves supporting the production of management information for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and data integrity.

Hybrid working is available after an initial training period, with a DBS check as part of safeguarding. Applicants should have finance experience or be willing to study towards the AAT qualification.

Responsibilities

Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially.

Reporting to the Reporting & Reconciliations Manager, we are looking to recruit a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant on a Fixed term basis until February 2027. After an initial period of training (approx. 2 weeks) , we are able to offer hybrid working.

More about your role

As a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production of management information for clients and internally, through the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

On a daily basis you will respond to ad hoc financial queries, providing support to the property teams and accounts administrators, ensuring data integrity. Attending client meetings is also expected.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

More about you

Experience within finance is ideal though not essential. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Excel areadvantageous. Communication skills are essential.
