March Recruitment is seeking a confident Customer Account, Marketing & Business Development Executive for a premium transport business serving London and the South East. The role blends account management, business development, marketing, and practical use of AI to improve communication and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will build relationships with corporate, private, luxury and VIP clients, convert opportunities and take ownership of the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience involving account management, sales/business development, customer retention or relationship management.
• Confident and professional with customers, both on the phone and face-to-face.
• Commercially aware and comfortable following up opportunities.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple enquiries.
• Confident using AI in a practical business environment.
• Comfortable creating straightforward social media and marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking.
• Prepare, send and actively follow up quotations.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Attend occasional client meetings and represent the business professionally.
• Create practical marketing and social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve customer communication, marketing and day-to-day efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor opportunities, conversion and repeat business.
