Job summary

Meraki Talent are partnering with a growing real estate firm to appoint an experienced Client Accountant in their Glasgow office. You will manage multiple client relationships and deliver monthly accounting reports.

In this role you will produce weekly, monthly and annual client reports, prepare management accounts, reconcile ledgers and maintain service charges. You will work to set SLAs and build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Part qualified or qualified by experience and working towards ACCA/AAT exams.
• Strong reconciliation experience across General Ledger, P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operation delivering client results.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly, monthly and annual reports to clients.
• Prepare management accounts.
• Provide accurate reconciliations for client reporting.
• Maintain service charges.
• Update in-house databases for current tenants.
• Prepare and provide annual property service charge audits.
