Job summary

Meraki Talent are partnering with a growing Financial Services firm in Glasgow who are looking to appoint an Account Relationship Manager. As the main point of client contact, you will build and maintain trusted client relationships, and work to the highest standards, providing a first class client experience.

Applicants must come from a Fund Administration background, with a technical hedge fund accounting background to handle complex client queries.

Qualifications

• Fund administration background with hedge fund servicing experience.
• Ability to advise on regulatory changes affecting funds.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and client retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for a number of client relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and expectations and deliver first-class service.
• Identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Liaise with technology teams to support the client platform.
• Ensure SLAs are met and maintained.
• Advise clients on regulatory changes and impact.

As the main point of client contact, you will build and maintain trusted client relationships, and work to the highest standards, providing a first class client experience.

Key duties will include;

• Main point of contact for a number of client relationships
• Understanding clients needs and expectations
• Identify additional business opportunities
• Liaise with technology teams to make the client platform functional
• Ensure set SLA's are met and achieved
• Advising clients on regulatory changes

Applicants must have come from a Fund Administration background, where they have been servicing several hedge fund clients. Applicants should also have a technical hedge fund accounting background to deal with complex client queries.

Additionally, applicants must be able to demonstrate first class client service skills, and have a proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships, and be comfortable in challenging difficult or complex stakeholders. The ability to develop and implement strategies for client retention is also an essential, as our client really do put the customer first.
