Job description

An excellent opportunity has become available due to continuous growth. This is a newly created role for a Client Accountant within the Property sector on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of this role include:

1. Reporting to clients (standard and client-specific reporting), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are adhered to.
2. Serving as the key contact for queries externally and internally, providing support and advice.
3. Completing balance sheet reviews with full commentary.
4. Managing a small team responsible for resource levels, performance management, and development.
5. Managing and maintaining the property and tenant database for all clients.
6. Liaising with the Treasury team regarding rent demand, service charges, and other monies from tenants.
7. Collecting outstanding amounts.
8. Making amendments to accounts.
9. Processing payments of property-related transactions.
