We are seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join their collaborative finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to further their career within a respected organisation that manages a high-profile portfolio across commercial and/or residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting for a designated property portfolio (commercial and/or residential)
• Prepare and review client statements, service charge accounts, and financial reports
• Liaise with property managers, clients, and auditors to ensure accurate financial management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with RICS and ARMA guidelines where applicable

Requirements:

• Real estate accounting experience is essential
• Ideally part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in property management accounting systems (e.g., TRAMPS, MRI Qube, Yardi)
