Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Urology Department at Liverpool University Hospitals as part of the clerking and receptionist team. The successful candidate will be working cross site over The Royal Hospital and Aintree Site and must have excellent communication skills, face to face and telephone, as this role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the Hospital. This role is a rewarding and busy post. Once fully trained the successful applicant will be expected to work on their own. Reception is staffed between 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. First point of contact for visitors, patients and staff.
