A leading behavioral health organization is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join their Youth and Family Services department. The role involves performing a variety of clerical tasks, including report preparation and file maintenance, while ensuring efficient communication and support within the team. Ideal candidates will have strong clerical skills, experience in a similar role, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Work involves preparing reports, forms, and documents; maintaining files; and may train other administrative support staff to perform related activities. Ensures the expeditious submission of pharmacy claims. Works under the direct supervision of the Med-Clinic Supervisor.
Graduation from an accredited high school or GED. One (1) year of work experience in an area related to the duties of the position. Must possess general clerical skills including the ability to operate various computer software packages and copy and fax machines; typing and filing; and answering phones and directing calls in a courteous and professional manner. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
