We require a motivated and skilled individual to provide a quality clerical support to the Women and Children’s Directorate. The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties and have good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.
This post is based at Burnbank in Falkirk. The postholder will assist with filing for the Women and Children’s Directorate, locating and sending case notes, photocopying and general admin tasks. The postholder will liaise with other departments by telephone and face-to-face.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team. Flexibility with working hours would be required.
Training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
