A healthcare organization in Kilmarnock is seeking a Clerical Officer to manage patient records and appointments at University Hospital Crosshouse. The role requires flexible working hours and relevant administrative experience. The ideal candidate will possess an SVQ Level 2 in administration or similar qualification, ensuring high standards of care and confidentiality.

Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do
Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
