We are recruiting to a part-time administrator role, to work within the Musculoskeletal Clinical Assessment Service (MSKCATS).
The role is based at both Widnes Health Care Resource Centre and Halton General Hospital in Runcorn, working 22.5 hours per week, covering Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays (7.5 hours per day)
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative role to MSKCATS service. Led by the Clinical Lead, the service is provided by Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Practitioners and First Contact Practitioners (Physiotherapists) who assess patients suffering with musculoskeletal conditions and streamline them into the most appropriate management of their needs.
Please note that this role is not eligible for a Certificate of Sponsorship, if you are an overseas national requiring a Visa to work in the UK
The role will include all aspects of general administrative work including, but not exclusive to, patient registration and validation, appointment making, processing referrals to other services such as secondary care providers, processing reports to GP colleagues, service data, stock control, queries from patients and GP colleagues and supporting the clinical staff in the service.
