Job summary

Sodexo, Macclesfield (SK10 2NA), is recruiting a Cleaner on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5.30am–1.30pm, at £13.45 per hour. This is at a prestigious bio-pharma facility where you will support high cleaning standards on site.

You will follow SOPs, wear PPE, maintain facilities, complete worksheets, stock checks and health & safety duties while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks to high standards following SOPs.
• Wear PPE as required in a clean room environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of break rooms, kitchens, toilets and corridors.
• Complete and sign off worksheets per company procedure.
• Order consumables and manage stock checks.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and assist with safety checks.
• Promote health and safety practices and report hazards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address queries professionally.
