Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in Macclesfield is looking for a Cleaner on a 3 months Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5.30am - 1.30pm, £13.45 per hour.

You will follow SOPs, wear protective clothing, keep break rooms, toilets and clean rooms pristine, perform stock takes, complete worksheets, and respond to queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a clean room environment.
• Willingness to wear protective clothing as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• What you'll do: Clean to high standards and complete tasks on time.
• Maintain break out areas, kitchens, toilets and changing areas in a clean room environment.
• Complete and sign off worksheets and conduct monthly stock takes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond professionally to queries.

What you'll do: Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard following SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) You will be required to wear appropriate protective clothing on shift as required by site.

This will be provided and includes items such as a hair net (due to this being a clean room environment) Maintain cleanliness in break out areas, kitchens, toilets, shower and changing areas in a clean room environment, communal areas and corridors, ensuring a sterile hygiene environment.

Complete and sign off your worksheets in line with company procedure Ordering of consumable products Complete monthly stock takes Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally Use of cleaning equipment, such as buffers, will be required What you'll bring: Cleaning experience is great, but not essential
