Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in Havant is seeking a skilled WMArchitect Operator to join our cleanroom assembly line. You will build products from customer-specific drawings, inspect parts, and report defects to ensure only compliant units move to the next stage.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on an assembly line and following manual assembly techniques for plastic injection moulded products.
• Awareness of the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, BS EN ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accurate assembly of products and strict adherence to specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring that assembly line output is aligned to cycle times.
• Work effectively as part of an assembly team and develop strong working relationships with other members of the manufacturing team including mouldshop operators, quality control technicians and logistic operatives.

Responsibilities

• As WMArchitect Operator, you will be responsible for working on the assembly line within our cleanrooms to combine parts and components to create our fluid management technology.
• You will build products on the assembly line according to customer specific technical drawings, instructions, or schematics.
• You will be competent in making all required assemblies in the range including those that are complex and are comprised of multiple types of components (training will be provided).
• You will be capable of working with a complex range of products with hundreds of SKUs (and growing).
• You will understand the special importance of product quality, safety and performance for their application within biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• You will follow established manufacturing and safety procedures, to ensure we are complying with the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements and BS EN ISO 9001.
