Sanctuary Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of housing, care and community services, is seeking a Cleaning Technician for our Property Services team based in Ketley, with duties across Telford and Newport.
You'll perform general cleaning in communal areas, offices, and blocks of flats, travel between sites, and ensure safety and good standards. The role is part-time (24.5 hours/week) at £12.71 per hour, with an annualized full-time equivalent around £26,436.

We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our Property Services team, based in Ketley. You will be working in communal areas in blocks of flats in Telford and Newport as well as an office in Ketley carrying out general cleaning duties. In this role you will be responsible for basic cleaning including but not limited to vacuuming, sanitising surfaces and cleaning communal areas within Telford and Newport area, therefore travel is required between sites.
