Sanctuary is looking for a part-time Cleaning Technician to join the Property Services team. The role covers cleaning of communal areas in blocks of flats across Telford and Newport and an office in Ketley, with travel between sites.
You will perform general cleaning such as vacuuming, sanitising surfaces and reporting hazards, while maintaining equipment and providing friendly, professional customer service. The role is paid at £12.71 per hour for 24.5 hours weekly.

We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our Property Services team, based in Ketley. You will be working in communal areas in blocks of flats in Telford and Newport as well as an office in Ketley carrying out general cleaning duties. In this role you will be responsible for basic cleaning including but not limited to vacuuming, sanitising surfaces and cleaning communal areas within Telford and Newport area, therefore travel is required between sites.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,436 per annum based on 40 hours per week
