Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Liverpool is hiring a Cleaning Technician to join the Estate Services Team. You will clean an Assisted Living site, keep communal areas tidy, and maintain hygiene to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths.
  • British Institute Certificate in cleaning services or willing to work towards.
  • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties.
  • Knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking cleaning duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures, serving as a first point of contact.
  • Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment in maintained.
  • Assisting customers and responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet their expectations in accordance with service standards.
  • Providing accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks.
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring requisitions are completed and authorised in a timely manner.

Liverpool

£10,574 per year

We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician in Liverpool to join the Estate Services Team, to provide a quality cleaning service that meets customer and organisational needs. The purpose of this role is to clean an Assisted Living site for residents aged over 50, cleaning communal areas including bathrooms, communal living spaces, kitchen and office.

Cleaning Technician will include:
  • Undertaking cleaning duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures, serving as a first point of contact
