Sanctuary Group is seeking two Cleaning Technicians to work in Ipswich and surrounding areas, alongside another operative to maintain cleanliness across offices, housing schemes and flats. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager within the Estate Services team and perform daily tasks across multiple locations.
The role requires reliable, team-oriented individuals with experience in general cleaning, knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, and a valid UK driving licence.

£26,436 per year
40 hours per week - 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
We have an opportunity for 2 Cleaning Technicians to work in Ipswich and the surrounding areas, working alongside another cleaning operative delivering the cleaning service to multiple locations. The team reports into the Service Delivery Manager and consists of 15 operative, covering the delivery of grounds, caretaking and cleaning. Joining our Estate Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across offices, general housing schemes, and blocks of flats within the region. Your daily duties will include cleaning communal areas such as stairways, lifts, toilets, and kitchens. We are looking for a reliable team player who can deliver a high - quality service that meets the needs of our customers.
