Churchill Group in Paxman Academy, Colchester, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team and maintain high cleaning standards and safe, healthy spaces for students and staff.

You will support the Site/Account Manager, train new team members, liaise with clients, and ensure company policies are followed across sites. This permanent, part-time role offers employee-owned culture, training opportunities, wellbeing initiatives and recognition programmes.
