Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Cleaning Team Leader in Birmingham to supervise a cleaning crew, manage supplies, and liaise with the Facilities Manager to keep the site pristine. You will train staff, enforce safety procedures and PPE use, and uphold high cleanliness standards.

The role follows a 5 nights on / 2 nights on pattern across weeks, requiring strong leadership and attention to detail in a busy client environment.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Strong people management skills.
• High attention to detail and high standards of work.
• Excellent communication for client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of client site.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages or issues to Facilities Manager.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols and equipment use.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
