Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the work of cleaning staff to ensure EA standards are met.
• Carry out induction and skills training including refresher training.
• Liaise with the building manager on day-to-day issues related to cleaning.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Ensure supplies of materials and equipment are maintained within budget.
• Monitor materials and equipment and advise on appropriateness.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve operation.
