Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage the cleaning team at a prestigious site in Stockport. You will oversee daily duties, ensure high cleaning standards, and drive KPI/SLA performance while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with operatives and act as a key on-site leader. The role offers opportunities for progression, with paid holidays, a pension plan, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety basics.
• Ability to inspect and audit cleanliness.
• Reliable and trustworthy with strong team leadership.
• Flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a large site, including covering sickness and holidays.
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA targets and meet them monthly, including audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster strong working relationships with operatives and management.
• Responsible for cleanliness of site, offices, canteen and facilities.
• Perform and document routine inspections.
• Work as part of a team and contribute to progression opportunities.
