Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning operations in Wigan (WN1 1HQ). The role is part-time with a permanent contract and an hourly rate of £13.49.

You will plan schedules, supervise a team, and uphold top quality standards across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers and more. You will ensure safe working practices, manage service quality, and deliver exceptional customer service while reporting any hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet targets
• Lead by example with customer service and strong leadership
• Set and maintain high standards for you and your team
• Create and manage cleaning schedules
• Deliver exceptional cleaning service within your area
• Carry out general cleaning duties (offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, mopping)
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain a safe working environment per Health & Safety regulations
• Report hazards or safety concerns to your manager
