Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team within a facilities management environment in Eccles, United Kingdom, delivering high standards. You will monitor and coach staff, perform audits and maintain client relationships.

Immediate start available; part-time 15 hours per week at £14.00 per hour PAYE. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial cleaning role.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Cleaning Supervisor role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Confident managing staff and leading by example.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the cleaning team to ensure high standards.
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules, including arranging cover for sickness, holidays and absences.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Maintain excellent communication with both staff and client representatives, demonstrating a high level of spoken and written English.
• Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies as required.
• Address any performance issues promptly and professionally.
• Respond quickly to client requests, feedback or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
