Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site. You will lead a small cleaning team, manage rotas, holidays and performance while delivering training and maintaining records.

You will oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and conduct weekly audits. You’ll interact with customers at all levels and ensure stock is ordered and distributed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small cleaning team, handle rotas, holidays and performance; train operatives.
• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairs, washrooms and ad hoc areas.
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate any concerns.
• Order stock and consumables, update stock system and distribute to cupboards.
• Interact with customers/clients and communicate effectively at all levels.
