Job summary

Churchill Group is hiring a Cleaning Group Supervisor for the University of Portsmouth. This part-time role covers early mornings, Monday to Friday, totaling 15 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.21. You will support the Site/Account Manager to uphold cleaning standards and train new team members while liaising with clients as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning standards across University facilities and compliance with Churchill policies.
• Support the Site/Account Manager to maintain quality and safety in all sites.
• Train new team members and provide guidance to the team as needed.
• Liaise with clients to meet their requirements and report on service delivery.

Morning Cleaning Group Supervisor

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the University of Portsmouthare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
