Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for Holy Trinity School in Gravesend to oversee cleaning operations after hours. You will support the Site/Account Manager, monitor standards, and train new team members to ensure safe, spotless environments for pupils and staff.

The role is permanent and part-time, with a 3.30pm–5.30pm, Mon–Fri schedule and an hourly rate of £13.71. You will liaise with clients and uphold Churchill’s quality and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising cleaning teams and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to train new staff and ensure standards are met.
• Strong communication with clients and site management.

Cleaning Supervisor

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Weekly Hours: Mon – Fri, 3.30pm – 5.30pm

Salary: £13.71 per hour

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across Holy Trinity Schoolare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
