Job summary

Churchill Group is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor at Whitehill School, Gravesend. You will oversee cleaning standards, support the Site/Account Manager, and coach new team members to ensure high-quality service across the site.

The role is part-time and permanent, with afternoon hours Mon–Fri 3.30pm–5.30pm. DBS clearance is required, and you will join a growing, employee-owned company that values wellbeing and development opportunities.

Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Whitehill School, Sun Lane, Gravesend, DA12 5HN

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Weekly Hours: Mon – Fri, 3.30pm – 5.30pm

Salary: £13.61 per hour

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across Whitehill Schoolare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
