Equans is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning services across corporate and council buildings in the Cheshire West and Chester area, with base locations in Ellesmere Port and Winsford. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) with a salary of £28,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, assist with inspections, and ensure health and safety compliance while supporting operations and customer needs.

• Experience supervising or managing a team and developing staff.
• Basic IT proficiency including email, reporting systems and Microsoft Office.

Shifts may be scheduled between 5:00am and 8:00pm.On-Call Requirement: The post holder is required to provide on-call support between 5:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, to ensure service continuity and respond to operational requirements as necessary.What will you deliver?The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality cleaning services across corporate and council buildings. The role involves supervising and supporting cleaning staff, organising work schedules, carrying out inspections, maintaining health and safety standards, managing supplies, and responding to customer and operational requirements.
