Job summary

ISS UK is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor who can lead a team, deliver excellent customer service and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will ensure consistent quality and a safe working environment while representing a market-leading brand.

As the supervisor, you will plan and coordinate cleaning operations, create schedules, supervise staff, and ensure the safe use of chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets
• Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
• Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
• Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
