We’re currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation within a retail store in Telford.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Team Leader who is looking for a permanent, part‑time position with consistent hours, a supportive management team and the responsibility of maintaining high cleaning standards within a busy retail environment.

Your Role

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident overseeing a cleaning team.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader or similar
• Experience managing or supervising cleaning teams
• Strong people‑management and leadership skills
• High standards with excellent attention to detail
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach
• A good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices
• The confidence to take ownership of a site and deal with day‑to‑day operational issues
