Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for the Oasis Academy Leesbrook contract in Norwich. This part-time role involves supporting the Site/Account Manager to maintain cleaning standards and ensure safe, spotless environments for clients.

You'll train new team members, liaise with clients as required, and be part of Churchill's employee-owned, growing FM team that offers development opportunities and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Oasis Academy Leesbrook contract are met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered to.
• Liaise with clients as required and participate in the training of new team members.

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the [Oasis Academy Leesbrook contract] are met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
