Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations in Universities on a part-time basis, contracted to 19 hours per week.

You will lead a frontline team, maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and support stock control, rotas, and safety protocols while upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Universities on a part time basis, contracted to 19 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include
