Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd. in Leicester is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our client's site. You will plan schedules, supervise staff, and ensure cleaning standards meet hygiene and health and safety requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to train team members, and to step in for the manager when off-site. You will report issues and help maintain a safe, clean environment for staff and visitors.

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor (essential).
• Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment.
