Job summary

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Newman RC College Oldham OL9 9QY on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. The role offers a salary of £25,369.50 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, with shift pattern Monday to Friday 11.30am-20.00pm.

The successful candidate will lead the site cleaning team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and ensure a quality service is delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience of cleaning in a similar environment.
• Experience of managing a small team of staff.
• Experience of working on a school contract preferred.
• Good understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Computer literate and able to use standard software.
• Intermediate knowledge of health and safety requirements in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on lead and front line supervisor for the site cleaning team.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the school premises.
• Deliver a high quality cleaning service.

Summary
