Job summary

You will train staff, manage schedules and timesheets, and monitor hours to meet contracted service levels. The role requires reliable commuting to the Cottenham site and the ability to work fixed shift patterns.

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Able to commit to fixed hours.
• Can reliably commute to the site.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure our client sites consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, directly contributing to Kindred's reputation for outstanding service. As a key leader in our on-site operations, you will:

• Empower and motivate your team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Complete and submit timesheets accurately and on time.

• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Able to fulfil the fixed shift patterns of the role.
