Kindred is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead an on-site cleaning team in Bristol, ensuring top standards of cleanliness and hygiene across client sites. You will train and support staff, manage schedules and timesheets, and uphold strict health and safety protocols.

The role requires reliable commuting and the ability to meet fixed shift patterns. Candidates should have prior cleaning or supervising experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of COSHH or similar safety

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to fixed working hours.
• Reliable commuting to site location.
• Able to meet physical demands with reasonable adjustments.
• Good English communication (not required as first language).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for cleaning operations.
• Experience managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the cleaning team through on-site supervision.
• Complete and submit timesheets accurately and on time.
• Ensure all contracted cleaning hours are delivered.
• Monitor hours worked against allocated hours and report shortfalls.
• Agree any additional overtime in advance.
• Conduct inspections to uphold health, safety and quality standards.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules for smooth operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to inspire and guide our dedicated cleaning team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our client sites consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, directly contributing to Kindred's reputation for outstanding service. As a key leader in our on-site operations, you will:

• Empower and motivate your team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Complete and submit timesheets accurately and on time.
• Ensuring all contracted cleaning hours are delivered.
• Monitor hours worked against allocated hours and highlighting any shortfalls.
• Making sure any additional hours or overtime are agreed in advance.
• Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
  Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Able to fulfil the fixed shift patterns of the role.
