Kindred are seeking a reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team at an educational building in Birmingham. This on-site role requires dedication to high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will manage scheduling, timesheets, and stock, ensuring hours are delivered and overtime is agreed in advance. The position offers hourly pay of £13.85 and fixed Monday–Friday 15:00–18:00 shifts.

Pay rate: £13.85 per hour.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00-18:00

Minimum requirements:

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.

• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.

• Can reliably commute to the site location.

• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.

• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.

• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

Desired Criteria

• Experience within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
• Relevant certifications in cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
