Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for an educational building in Tonbridge. You will lead a cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role requires coordinating on-site tasks, training staff, and managing supplies. Hours are fixed, Monday to Friday, 18:00-23:00, with pay at £16.00 per hour. This position is based at Somerhill House, Tonbridge.

• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
