Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to maintain services and support site operations, ensuring high standards and strong customer service. The role includes rostering and recruiting operatives, and building a solid relationship with the client to meet site objectives.

The ideal candidate has cleaning sector experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, and a track record of improving team performance. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential.

• Proven track record in delivering effective customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
• To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
