About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which offers a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working arrangements, this role could be suitable for you. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

There is a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', and ensuring colleagues are available to maintain cleanliness standards and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring proper staffing.

We will support your training across different areas and help you develop your skills. If you're looking to grow in retail, this could be the role for you!

You should be friendly, eager to learn, and willing to work with your team to achieve excellent results. An enthusiastic approach to acquiring new skills across departments, along with strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities, is essential.
