Job summary

Sodexo Ltd at Trinity Bridge House is seeking a reliable Cleaning & Porter Operative to join our team. The role combines cleaning, porter services, meeting room setup and general support duties to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and colleagues.

You will handle cleaning tasks, set up rooms, assist with deliveries and provide mailroom/porter support as needed while upholding health and safety standards and delivering a high level of service.

• Commitment to following Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to understand the required standard for a task and complete it accordingly
• Ability to support the team in achieving its goals
• Willingness to follow quality and site-specific procedures

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard
• Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas
• Assist with furniture, equipment, stores and deliveries
• Provide porter and mailroom support when required
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service
• Support the wider team with additional duties when required
