Job summary

Anabas is seeking a Cleaning Operative for Daventry to maintain a clean, safe, and presentable workplace on a daily basis. You will be part of a professional cleaning team at one of our client sites, working 17:00–20:00, Monday to Friday, earning £13.45 per hour with benefits.

Experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided; good English skills are required to communicate effectively with the team and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Good English speaking and reading abilities.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow clear instructions.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
• Must have experience of cleaning blue chip offices training rooms and premises.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
