Anabas is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for one of our prestigious client sites in Snowhill, Birmingham. This permanent, early-morning role runs Monday to Friday from 05:30 to 07:30, totalling 10 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate.

You will carry out cleaning to established standards, ensure quality within your remit, and support the team under the supervisor, working as part of our facilities management service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning per instructions, systems of work and agreed specification.
• Be accountable for quality of work within remit.
• Resolve problems or queries promptly.
• Provide assistance per service level agreement and instructions.
• Perform other duties within the cleaning scope.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative to provide cleaning services as part of the of the cleaning team at one of our prestigious client sites in Snowhill, Birmingham . You will provide a range of cleaning services conforming to established process and standards of excellence.

Main Duties

• Ensure all cleaning is carried out under specific instructions, systems of work and in line with industry standard and agreed specification.
• Accountability for quality of work and tasks within own remit.
• Ensure all problems or queries are deal with in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance where appropriate in line with the service level agreement and assigned instructions.
• Any other duties which may be required within the cleaning scope.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the cleaning supervisor.
  

This is a permanentposition working Monday to Friday between 05.30am and 07.30am, 10 hours per week.
