Concept Resources in Perth is seeking a diligent Cleaning Operative for part-time evening hours at a modern corporate office. This role offers an immediate start with the potential to become permanent, working five hours per week and primarily during evening shifts.

The position requires reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently. You will maintain a clean, safe environment, report concerns, and may be required to act as a key holder and operate the alarm panel after training.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: 5 hours per week

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a modern corporate office in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time evening hours with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Working independently, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General office cleaning
  
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
  
• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and communal areas
  
• Cleaning kitchens and welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
  

Candidate Requirements
