Job Title: Night Cleaning Operative

Shift Pattern: M, T, W, T, F, 22:00 - 06:00

We are seeking a Night Cleaning Operative to clean office premises for a prestigious client. This role includes cleaning washrooms, kitchens, and surrounding areas, working as part of a night cleaning team to ensure a flow clean process.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning washrooms and kitchens
• Carrying out deep cleans using buffers and carpet cleaners (training provided)
• Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly
• Removing waste, replenishing consumables, and attending to reactive jobs such as spillages
• Providing excellent customer service while working alongside the client and their staff

Person Specification:

• Well-presented and good communicator
• Positive attitude, polite, and approachable
• Hardworking, proactive, with good timekeeping and attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Requirements:

• At least one year of cleaning experience in a commercial environment
