ABM Bristol are seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our on-site team at Bristol BS11 0YA. You will carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in line with BICSc standards, ensuring safety and presenting a smart, professional appearance while supporting clients and colleagues.

The role is Monday to Friday, 16:45–20:00 (16 hours per week). You will follow ABM health and safety procedures, contribute to a positive site environment and help maintain our reputation for quality and service.

Responsabilités

• Work proactively to support colleagues and contribute to a strong team environment.
• Carry out duties as directed by the Team Leader.
• Take on ad hoc duties as required by operational needs.
• Interact professionally with members of the public while on site.
• Recognise situations where support may be needed, including assisting in public-facing incidents or site evacuations where appropriate.
• Look for opportunities to improve working practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Help ensure ABM’s reputation for professionalism and quality is maintained at all times.
