Job summary

ABM is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative at our Cardiff Gate location. The role supports clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients and visitors. Shifts run 17:00–20:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 15 hours per week.

Training is provided, with emphasis on attention to detail, reliability, and good communication. This on-site role offers benefits and a path to further opportunities within ABM.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Good communication skills are important for this role.
