Job summary

Rose Bruford College is looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our friendly cleaning team. You will help maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the College including offices, teaching spaces, communal areas and toilets.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks to a high standard.
• Able to follow training and adhere to college policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the College, including offices, teaching spaces, communal areas and toilets.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support colleagues and adapt to cleaning across different areas; occasional deep cleaning.
